can monitor and report statuses of any electrical device
or system by sending email and text messages through an
Internet connection.
8 electrically separated, optically isolated,
dry digital inputs, 10 to 30 volts, AC or DC, (each
drawing less than 3 mA when supplied with 10 volts)
Input indicator lights show state of each input
circuit (lit when energized/closed)
Status light tells whether unit has power, is
properly configured, and is sending out emails
Network lights indicate LAN activity and connectivity
On-board web server allows configuration of
messages, addresses, and other settings via any
web browser.

Requirements:
10 to 30 volt AC (60 Hz) or DC
power supply with an inline 1-amp fuse (MetroMail™ draws
less than 300 mA when supplied with 10 volts)
Internet connectivity through
a standard Ethernet connection, using a standard or
crossover cable (a cellular data modem with service
may be added where Internet access is absent)
An email account
To send text messages, use your
cellular carrier's email-to-text converter. Sprint example:

Note: Email over the Internet is not a guaranteed service;
messages may be significantly delayed.
