Municipal: Control and Pump Repair 101 – 4.5 CEUs (IEPA), 4.5 PDHs

Half-day hands-on training program designed for operators, foreman and others responsible for pumping station equipment and controls. Focuses on proper maintenance and repair of pumps and control equipment. Topics discussed will include: safety, record-keeping, basic control panel circuitry, data acquisition and basic troubleshooting. Participants review the working of a basic control panel and disassemble a large pump.

Municipal: Monitoring & Control of Today’s Pumping System – 4.0 CEUs (IEPA, ILDPH), 4.0 PDHs

This class is designed for municipalities covering pump station theories of operation, control panel considerations, communications, instrumentation, and SCADA implementation in a municipal water, water treatment, collections, and wastewater treatment system.

Municipal: Design Advancements and Upgrades for Pump Stations – 4.0 CEUs (IEPA, ILDPH), 4.0 PDHs

This class is designed for municipalities and engineers covering submersible pump station design including hydraulic calculations, pump selection, theories of operation, electrical and mechanical considerations, and live demonstrations on controls and instrumentation including installation recommendations.

Residential: Residential/Commercial Plumbing Applications & Tankless Water Heaters Sump & Sewage – 4.0 CEUs (IEPA, ILDPH), 4.0 PDHs

This class is designed for installers/contractors covering sump and sewage pump systems, battery backup systems, water booster applications, domestic hot water systems including tankless water heaters.

Residential: Tankless Water Heaters, Domestic Hot Water Temperature Control & System Design – 4.0 CEUs (ILDPH)

This class is designed for installers/contractors covering sump and sewage pump systems, battery backup systems, water booster applications, domestic hot water systems including tankless water heaters.

Commercial: Commercial Sump & Sewage Pumps Including a Discussion on PRVs - 4.0 PDHs or 4.0 CEUs (ILDPH)

This class includes a discussion on commercial and residential plumbing pump applications including sewage and storm water pump systems, lift stations, booster systems and a discussion on pressure reducing valves.

Commercial: Pressure Reducing Valves – Domestic Hot Water and Commercial Plumbing Applications/ Sump & Sewage - 4.0 PDHs or 4.0 CEUs (ILDPH)

This class includes a hands-on demonstration on pressure reducing valves, servicing and repair.
